The history of our house has been written by the men and women, my Grandparents and parents, who built it over the generations.
Throughout his life, my father Bernard Rigaudis loved the land here in Aude, passing on his passion for the region’s delicacies through his profession as a cook,-winemaker and instructor.
Today all of us perpetuate this heritage.
